What's involved in making a Booking , Cancelling or Rescheduling?
- Booking a treatment with us is easy just call or email us to check availability.
- On arrival at Thai Siam please come to our reception where you will be greeted and talked through the choice of massage you require.
- Before your treatment begins you will be asked to fill out a health registration form. This is used by Thai Siam Relax Therapy to understand your current state of health. We can then personalise your treatment to better suit your condition.
- Cancellations must be within 48 hours of your booking. We understand that sometimes circumstances are not predictable so we will do our very best help when we can.
- Rescheduling - We are more than happy to re-book your appointment to another time or date that we have available. Generally letting us know the earlier the better will help to find another time or date that suits you.
